Bexley Church Singer
Weddings and Funerals
Ingrid is a classically trained singer with over 20 years experience singing at weddings and funerals in churches, cathedrals and also secular gatherings that celebrate and remember the most important people and times in our lives. Having been trained and having worked in most genres of music, Ingrid's angelic voice will make those emotional moments even more special.
Born in Dublin, Ireland, Ingrid was asked to be one of the first female choristers in the originally all-male choir of Christchurch Cathedral in Dublin. There, she was taught and lead by Director of Music and revered organist, Mark Duley. She studied music in St Patricks Cathedral choir school and private singing under the renowned Dr. Veronica Dunne in The Leinster School of Music. She has worked extensively in theatre having been the sole vocalist in Michael Flatley's American and Canadian tour of Lord of the Dance and the voice of Agnus in the Dublin Castle production of Agnus of God to name a few. She has also performed as a solo singer in The National Concert Hall with the RTE Concert Orchestra, as well as working for many years and TV and stage.
Mrs Patricia Pickett, Essex
Thank you so much for singing at my Father’s funeral yesterday. You sang so beautiful and it really did help to heal the grief we were feeling. He would also have certainly appreciated and enjoyed your singing.
The Sanders Family, Welling
Thank you for singing at Mum's funeral. It was fantastic. I know she would have enjoyed it as much as we all did. Many Thanks.
